Physical products
We do not issue refunds for products we do store credit within 4 days of the original purchase of the product. We only do exchange if the customer ordered the wrong size. If that item is still available or in stock. If the item is not in stock we will exchange it out for something else of your choice at the same price. Please make sure when ordering you are getting the right size. Sizes may vary depending on the style in the fabric of the clothing
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you or having problems selecting the right size. If you experience any issues receiving our products after you have received your email confirmation with the tracking number please contact your local post office service we would not be responsible for any damage merchandise once it leaves our shipping department . All return items must still have the original Tags and packaging Return merchandise must be unworn or unwash item that appeared to be worn ,stain or smelled like cigarette smoke or smell like deodorant etc. will not be excepted. Merchandise may be returned for Online store credit within five days of delivery credit will be appled for the amounts paid for the product only. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost please use a shipping method they provide a tracking number for your reference, please allow 3 to 4 business days for our stuff to process your return and 5 to 7 Business days for our return department to process your store credit if A store credit is approved a credit code will be email to the email that is on file.
